In Your Pet Supplies always have Styptic Powder on Hand

In your pet supplies a necessary evil will be your styptic powder. Why do I put it that way? No one wants to cut a nail back so far it bleeds, but it can happen and nails can really bleed. So in your dog grooming supplies you will want to have some form of styptic.

During my course of dog grooming I have tried using a couple of different styptics. Thank goodness I use very little at this point. I found that there is a difference in the powders and the one that I keep with my dog grooming tools is called Kwik Stop. It is the most effective of the ones I’ve tried over the years.

Styptic are easily purchased thru your pet grooming supplies house and truly the smallest size will last a long time, unless you leave it open on your dog grooming table and it gets knocked over by your dog.
